What data is accessed
- QuickBooks: company info, customers, invoices, and financial reports.
- Atera: customers, tickets, devices, alerts, and contracts.
- Cloudflare: zones, DNS, tunnels, access policies, analytics, and security events.
How it is used
Data is returned on request to the operator's AI assistant and is never used for any other purpose.
Read-only
The service does not create, change, or delete data in any connected system.
Storage
QuickBooks OAuth tokens are stored on the operator's server with file permissions restricted to the service. No other vendor data is persisted. Logs contain tool names, timings, request paths, client addresses, and the QuickBooks company id; never request contents or vendor data.
Sharing
None. No third parties receive data, and nothing is sold.
Retention and revocation
Tokens are deleted on disconnect. You can revoke access at any time from the Intuit app centre.
