End-User Licence Agreement

Parties and scope

This agreement is between Brandon (the operator) and the single end user of mcp-hub, who is the operator. mcp-hub is for internal use only.

The licence is non-transferable. No redistribution of the service is permitted.

mcp-hub connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit APIs, to Atera, and to Cloudflare. Use of each is subject to that provider's own terms.

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service.

You may disconnect at any time via /disconnect or the Intuit app centre.

Governing law: the operator's state of residence
